Due to the warm weather in Louisiana, we only ship chocolates from November through March.

The perfect pairing of sweet and crunchy, our chocolate-dipped pecan brittle is a local favorite. 30 years ago, one of our long-time customers, Mr. Bentley, suggested we dip the pecan brittle in chocolate. It has been a best seller ever since!

Each box contains one pound of chocolate which is approximately 6-8 squares of Dipped Brittle. Please specify if you would like milk chocolate, dark chocolate or both.

Shipping Note: We do not include any extra packaging to keep the chocolates cool. If the weather in your area is warm, the chocolates may be melted or soft when you receive them. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

All of our chocolates are made by hand. We use Felchin Couverture which is a high quality Swiss chocolate that is Fair Trade certified and made from beans that are grown in Ghana. Our dark chocolate is 60% and our milk chocolate is 36%.
