Order Processing Times:
Since we are a small business, your order may not ship out the day you place it. Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Processing time is the amount of time it takes us to pack and ship your order. It can take as little as one business day for us to pack and ship your order, or up to three business days to pack and ship your order. Processing time does not include the time in transit from our shop to your house.Â
There is no Saturday and Sunday shipping. Please keep that in mind when you order. If there is going to be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you asap.Â

Shipping Times:
We ship via UPS. UPS Ground can deliver most items within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the zone map at the bottom of the page for approximate UPS Ground shipping times. You can also choose 3 Day Select, or 2nd Day Air.
UPS shipping times are not guaranteed. We do not take responsibility if a package does not arrive in the estimated time frame. We will not reimburse shipping charges if the package does not arrive in the estimated time frame.

P.O. Box orders:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS does not accept P.O. Box addresses and we cannot ship via the United States Postal Service.Â

If your order is a gift and you want to include a message to the recipient, fill in the order notes section. The order notes can be found on your shopping cart page. You can also send us a message or a special request in the order notes section. Shelf Life:
We recommend that you enjoy our candies within 2-3 weeks of receiving your order, if you can wait that long!
Returns and Refund Policy:
We carefully inspect every item before it is shipped. In the rare event that a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Leah's Pralines will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages, stolen packages or packages that are damaged by elements after delivery. We are not responsible if the customer provided and incorrect shipping address. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.
We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
