HOW DO I ORDER?
We prefer if you email us your order details to info@leahspralines.com. We will reply with an order confirmation and an invoice to pay online. In the email tell us: the type of favor you want, the quantity, the label design, color, and text, and the day you need them. If the order is to be shipped, include the mailing address. CAN YOU PRINT MY LOGO OR CUSTOM DESIGN?
Absolutely. We can print your wedding design, monogram, or business logo on the label at no additional charge. After placing your order, email us your artwork. High-resolution PDF, EPS, JPEG, or PNG files work best. We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before printing.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
To ensure availability, orders should be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Early orders are always welcome! Need something sooner? Give us a call—we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute orders.
WHERE DO I PICKUP MY ORDER?
Pickup is available at our French Quarter shop: 714 St. Louis St. Between Bourbon St. and Royal St.
DO YOU SHIP?
Yes. We ship: Pralettes and Creamy Pralines. Because they’re more fragile, unwrapped pralettes and traditional praline favors are available for pickup only.
WHEN ARE THE FAVORS MADE?
Our pralines are made fresh 24–48 hours before your pickup or ship date. We recommend picking up your order 1–2 days before your event.
HOW LONG DO PRALINES STAY FRESH?
Our pralines have a 3-week shelf life.
