Our house-made seasoning blend will give your dishes that delicious Louisiana zest without the excessive salt found in other seasoning blends. This seasoning is made from granulated garlic, granulated onion, paprika, black pepper and small amount of salt. We mix and bottle our seasoning in house so it's always fresh.
Use as a dry rub on chicken, fish and meat dishes or simply use on veggies or beans to add a little kick! Cajun Creole seasoning is very versatile and can be used in almost any recipe. There are no preservatives in this seasoning so some clumping may occur.
The seasoning comes in a 7.5 oz spice shaker.
