Due to the warm weather in Louisiana, we only ship chocolates from November through March.
We top fresh pecans with dollops of handmade caramel then dip each one in chocolate to make a gourmet version of the beloved American candy. Our caramel is always fresh because we make it in small batches. You can't get much better than soft and chewy caramel, crunchy pecans and creamy chocolate. We sell more turtles than any other chocolate in the store!
Each box contains one pound of pecan turtles which is approximately 8 pieces.
Please specify if you would like milk chocolate, dark chocolate or both
Shipping Note: We do not include any extra packaging to keep the chocolates cool. If the weather in your area is warm, the chocolates may be melted or soft when you receive them. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
All of our chocolates are made by hand. We use Felchin Couverture which is a high quality Swiss chocolate that is Fair Trade certified and made from beans that are grown in Ghana. Our dark chocolate is 60% and our milk chocolate is 36%.
